Our Servicing Packages have been designed by our highly experienced, friendly and knowledgable team to meet your needs whether you just ride for fun with with the family, commute to work, ride for recreation and fitness or our a serious weekend competitor.
Service Package pricing does not include any additional replacement parts that may be required. We will always ask your approval before we fit replacement parts.
GENERAL SERVICE
The ‘General Service’ is an annual-level service that will inspect all moving parts on the bike and ensure your bike is running as it should.
This is ideal for bikes that are kept in moderate to good condition, cleaned regularly or used mainly in good conditions.
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: £120
- Full bike inspection
- Drive-chain removal & clean
- Test ride & service report
Extra charges may be applied to more complex bikes, like many Cargo bikes, TT/Tri bikes and some integrated headset systems as these involve longer work times.
- Full bike examination
- Drive-chain components removed, cleaned, regreased & reinstalled (chain & cassette)
- Frame & fork inspected for wear/damage
- Gearing inspected for wear, aligned & adjusted
- Brakes inspected for wear and adjusted
- Headset bearings inspected for wear and adjusted as necessary
- Bottom bracket inspected for wear, regreased and adjusted as necessary
- Wheels trued, inspected for wear, with hubs adjusted as necessary
- Tubeless sealant checked & topped-up if necessary
- Cockpit adjusted for alignment and torque checked
- Saddle and seatpost adjusted for alignment and torque checked
- Any additional bolts tightened as necessary
- Road test
- Service report with any advisory notes

FULL SERVICE
The ‘Full Service’ is a premium service that strips the bike apart and rebuilds it, making it as close to new as possible.
This service is ideal as an annual service for your best bike to keep it in prime condition. The ‘Full service’ is also reccomened for bikes ridden in all conditions that are exposed to the wet and salty roads, as well as bikes that have been stored for prolonged periods of time.
Duration: 4-5 hours

eBIKE SERVICING
Service package cost + £30
Includes;
– External hardware inspections
– Diagnostic tests
– Software updates
We are a Bosch acreditied Service Centre and our team are trained and qualifed to work on all aspects of Bosch equipped eBikes.
Our technicians are also trained to service Hyena, TQ, Mahle & Shimano eBikes. We will also work on Specialized eBikes and those with Yahama motors, however we do not have access to their diagnostic systems.
We will not work on any other eSystems for servicing or repairs as well as derestricted or chipped eBikes.
BIKE TUNE-UP
As well as our comprehensive service packages, we also offer a Bike Tune-Up, to help keep you running throughout the year.
The ‘Bike Tune-Up’ is for well look after bikes that only require brake & gear adjustments.
It is ideal for pre-event check-overs or to see you through until your next annual service.
The ‘Bike Tune-Up’ is not recommended as an annual-level service.
