Ever wondered what current triple World Champion Peter Sagan or Triple Grand Tour Winner Vincenzo Nibali have to say in the team bus after a hard days racing or over the radio during a frantic Tour stage when the action is getting hot?
Ever wondered what it must be like to ride your bike and travel the world for a living?
How do you cope with three weeks of racing in the world’s toughest Grand Tours?
What is it like to win a Grand Tour stage with your whole team supporting you?
How brave do you have to be to lead out Peter Sagan in a sprint train?
Sign-up to the Tour de Broads on 6th May and just ask! Ex-Cannondale pro cyclist Daniele Ratto, who was teammates with both Sagan and Nibali, and winner of a stage of La Vuelta a Espana is our guest at this year’s Spring Tour de Broads and will be riding the routes with local riders.
Daniele is joining us to promote our once in a lifetime Italian cycling tours in September. The plan is to take a group of riders to the iconic Alpes and conquer the Stelvio Pass and a group to tour the stunning Italian Lakes and vineyards. Danny will be part of that trip and jumped at the opportunity to join us in a completely different environment here at the Broads National Park for our event. He is also here to help us promote cycling to local individuals and families as Great Yarmouth has just scored one of the lowest adult physical activity ratings of any town in the UK in the recent Government rankings.
